Research groups

The "Viral infection and comparative pathology" research carries out its activities in different teams. With the unit's new HCERES contract, the teams are evolving with name changes and new teams: 

• The BUNYA team becomes the ATP team “Arbovirus Transmission and Pathogenesis”  (Dr. Maxime Ratinier, MC EPHE)
• The PR2T team  becomes the DEER team “Disease, Evolution, Environment, Retrovirus” (Dr. Caroline Leroux, DR INRAE)
• The iWAYS team generates two new teams: 
  • the EARL-i team “Exploring eArly cRosstaLk between arbovIruses and host cells”  (Dr. Pierre-Yves Lozach, DR INRAE and Dr. Carine Maisse, CR INRAE)
  • the MIMIC team “Mammalian Innovative Models for Infection and Environmental Challenges” (Dr. Fabienne Archer, DR INRAE)
